Our Cambridge Auto Center team is always on the lookout for terrific people who are interested in being part of our team, even when there is not a current opening. Many of the employees here at Cambridge are those who applied when no position was available and were then notified when a position became open. Positions open up from time to time and first interview priority is given to those whose application and resume are on file here.

WE ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
Import Vehicle ASE certified technician: Master Technician preferred, must be personable, willing to continuously learn new skills and take part in the creation of additional methods for creating customer satisfaction within the company, a desire to be one of the best is critical to long term success. Must have all the tools needed to perform normal duties. Strong understanding of proactive preventive maintenance is helpful, or must be willing to learn. Monday – Friday $50 - $80K per year.
Automotive Service Advisor: Our state of the art repair facility is taking applications for motivated, professional Service Advisor with a minimum of 2 years selling, scheduling experience and the ability to monitor automotive technicians’ performance. Knowledge of parts ordering preferred. Full time position available, Monday through Friday with 1 Saturday per month phone monitoring duty during Steve Gehrlein’s KTSA radio show. Pay based on ability.
The perfect candidate:
Oil Change Tech/Technician Apprentice: Minimum 1 year experience as lube tech with a natural aptitude for automobile repair. Must be personable, able to learn new skills and have a desire to be one of the best by learning from the best in the automotive business. Duties will be include working as an apprentice technician and porter/cleaning duties in the shop. Pay based on ability, but a minimum of $8.00 per hour will be paid.
Parts Driver:
Neat, clean, personable applicants only may apply.
Excellent driving record with a valid Texas driver’s license is a
must!
Responsibilities include driving a company vehicle while shuttling clients to
work and home, picking up parts from parts houses, returning unused parts to
parts houses and light office cleaning. Hours
are Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday should the need
arise.
